Following the widespread adoption of the SANi Combination Patent, S&Z now launches the SANi Combination Trademark, covering South Africa and Nigeria – countries with the highest GDP in sub-Saharan Africa.
Cost
The fixed cost for a SANi Combination Trademark is only $999. This covers filing response to routine office action and grant.
“Routine office actions” include: submitting outstanding documents; association of marks; disclaimer; admission; endorsing the meaning.
South Africa and Nigeria only permits one class per trademark application. For each additional SANi Combination Trademark (same mark, additional class), the cost is reduced to $849.
Cursory search
When receiving a SANi trademark filing instruction, we automatically conduct a cursory search (without an opinion) through the South African and Nigerian trademarks offices and send you reports detailing “similar marks” identified by the search. No additional charge is levied for these searches.
Time to grant
