SANi Trademark
SANi Combination Trademark – the best trademark option for Africa.
Following the widespread adoption of the SANi Combination Patent, S&Z now launches the SANi Combination Trademark, covering South Africa and Nigeria – countries with the highest GDP in sub-Saharan Africa.

The fixed cost for a SANi Combination Trademark is only $435. This covers filing, routine responses to office actions (e.g. submitting outstanding documents; association of marks; disclaimer; admission; endorsing the meaning), publication and grant.
South Africa and Nigeria only permits one class per trademark application. For each additional SANi Combination Trademark (same mark, additional class), the cost is reduced to $410.

Both the South African and Nigerian trademarks offices examine trademarks and typically grant trademarks within 2 years (inclusive of opposition period).
