SimTM identifies newly published South African Word marks that are phonetically similar to registered South African trademarks.
Speed and efficiency
SimTM is built for speed and efficiency, enabling hundreds of thousands of trademarks to be compared against a database containing tens of thousands of published trademarks in a matter of seconds.
This enables users to:
- create reports in real-time instead of storing pre-created reports; and
- provide dynamic web pages that are populated on opening, enabling users to change hundreds of thousands of trademark webpages by updating a single template.
Cost
Due to its extremely low CPU and memory demands, SimTM does not provide watching services on a “per trademark” or “per report” basis. Instead, it enables law firms to service their trademark clients at a fixed monthly cost, irrespective of volume.
