Kellogg’s marketing team didn’t simply invent Snap, Crackle & Pop. Their engineers actually put them into each Rice Krispie. After cooking the rice until rubbery, Kellogg’s:

🍚 Adds the Snap by drying the rice until crisp; and

🍚 Adds the Pop by rapidly heating the rice to 230-315C until “puffed”.
